Three steps

The diary stays where it is. The text does the chasing.

1. Book as usual

Put the client’s name and mobile on the Google Calendar event, or rely on a full name you have saved before. A first name on its own is not enough.

2. Autext sends the reminder

The default is the day before, in the business timezone. Quiet hours hold anything that would land between 10 pm and 7 am. You can set up to three times.

3. They reply

C or Y confirms and the event is marked green. R sends a page of open times. X cancels. STOP opts them out. Anything else waits in Replies.

Confirmed

A booking appears, Autext syncs it, a reminder arrives, the client replies C, and the visit is confirmed.

One visit, start to green.
