Terms
Placeholder terms for Autext, a trading name of Dylan Oates, Gold Coast, Queensland. Replace this with counsel-reviewed terms before charging customers.
The service
Autext reads appointments from calendars you connect and sends SMS to the mobiles it finds, using the wording you set. Replies can confirm, cancel, or offer a new time. Delivery depends on carriers. We do not promise a text will arrive, or that a client will attend.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have permission to text each recipient. You write the templates. You do not use Autext for spam, deception, or anything unlawful. You keep appointment reminders factual if you are relying on that distinction under the Spam Act 2003, and you honour opt-outs. Prices shown in the product include GST. A refund request made within 14 days of a subscription charge will be considered. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you have paid.
Plans and credits
Monthly allowances reset each month and do not roll over. Extra SMS packs do roll over. Unused trial texts move to the pack balance if you subscribe before the trial ends. We may pause sending if a payment fails, a dispute is opened, or fraud tools flag a charge.
Third parties
Google, ClickSend, and Stripe have their own terms. Twilio’s terms apply only if that fallback is switched on. You can disconnect Google without deleting your Autext history.
