The example
A 45-minute consult at $120. Four of those missed in a week is $480 that did not come in. That is arithmetic, not a study of Australian clinics. If your fee is $90, four misses are $360. Write your own fee in the calculator on the home page.
What the text changes

A clinic-shaped plan
Starter is $15 a month ex GST for one calendar and 100 texts. Pro is $27 if you want three calendars and quote follow-ups. AI Text Assistant, if you want draft replies, is $39 a month ex GST on its own, or included on Team.
