The replies that do something
YES or Y confirms the next upcoming visit. C, CANCEL or X cancels it. R, RESCHEDULE or MOVE texts a link to open weekday slots. STOP opts them out. START opts them back in.
Everything else
Any other reply sits in the inbox, plus a note. If AI Text Assistant is on, it may draft a reply. It does not send that draft until you approve it, unless you turn auto-send on.
Price
Two-way replies are part of Starter at $15 a month ex GST. They use the same text credits as reminders.

Questions
Is CANCEL an opt-out?
No. CANCEL cancels the appointment. STOP is the opt-out.
Will a first name match a client?
No. A first name alone does not match a saved contact. Two contacts with the same full name do not match either.
