Home/Timely
Autext and Timely price the diary differently.
Timely is booking software with its own calendar. Autext hangs SMS off Google Calendar and stays a flat price. The Timely page we loaded was labelled USA, so the weekly figures below are what that view showed, not an Australian quote.
What gettimely.com/pricing showed
The page was labelled USA. Run started from $6 per week, Boost from $9 per week, Thrive from $12 per week. Each said unlimited team members, and that the price adjusts based on bookings. A 14-day trial was listed. An advanced team management add-on was listed at +$12 per week.
New clients and SMS
The page led with “No new client fees”. Extra SMS were listed at 12c on Run, 8c on Boost and 6c on Thrive. The FAQ said included SMS depends on how many bookings you take each week: one SMS each on Run, two on Boost, three on Thrive, for appointment-related messages. A dedicated SMS number for two-way chat was listed on Thrive, not on Run or Boost.
Autext
Starter is $15 a month ex GST for 100 texts, one Google Calendar, and two-way replies on a shared number. The price does not change with headcount or with how many bookings you take. There is no new-client fee.

Questions
Is Timely $42 per staff in Australia?
We are not saying that. The pricing page we loaded on 2 November 2026 did not show that figure. Open gettimely.com/pricing in Australia before you compare.
Does Autext include a website and POS?
No. Timely lists online booking, a branded website and payments. Autext's booking page and deposits are separate, and the booking page is $21 a month ex GST unless you are on Team.
