When it sends
You choose the delay. The default in the product is 90 minutes after the visit. Nothing goes out in quiet hours.
What you need
Your Google review link, if you want the public path. Without it, the private note still lands in the app.

Questions
Are bad reviews posted?
No. One to three stars stay private. They are not posted to Google by Autext.
Is this on the trial?
Yes. The 21-day trial includes review texts, with 50 texts and no card.
