What can ping you
A new reply, a new online booking, a payment, and a missed call after the text-back has gone out. Each one has its own switch, on Alerts.
What it is not
There is no App Store listing and no second login. The alert does not repeat the text the client already received. It tells you something happened.

Questions
Does a missed call always ping?
Only after the text-back is sent, and only if that person left missed-call alerts on.
Can staff choose their own alerts?
Yes. Each sign-in opts in on its own browser.
