Home/Waitlist

A cancelled time goes to the waitlist.

Clients join from the booking page. If someone cancels, Autext texts the people waiting a link. The first person to open it and take the time is booked. The others hear that it has gone.

One switch

It stays off until you turn it on, on the booking page. Quiet hours still apply. The same person is not offered another opening for six hours. A sender name cannot take a reply, so the text is a link.

Who is included

The waitlist is included on Team, with the booking page. A trial can turn it on. It does not text anyone until a real cancellation opens a time.

What it does not do

It does not sell the time to several people. It does not keep texting after the first person takes the time. It does not message anyone who has opted out.

Questions

Do they have to call back?

No. The text has a link. Taking the time books it, and the usual confirmation text goes out.

What if nobody takes it?

The offer closes. Those people stay on the waitlist for the next opening.
