Home/Due-back texts

A text when they are due, not a pile of reminders.

Autext looks at the gap between a client's visits. On the day they are due, one text goes out with the booking link. If there is no pattern yet, it uses the gap on that service.

Who is skipped

Anyone with a future visit, anyone who opted out, and anyone whose last visit was cancelled or a no-show. Quiet hours still hold. Turning it on does not text everyone who is already overdue.

Who is included

Due-back texts are included on Pro and Team. A trial can turn them on. Each text uses the usual SMS allowance.

What you set

The switch is on the booking page. A default gap, and a gap per service, sit under More options. Most businesses can leave them at six weeks.

Questions

Does it send every week?

No. One text for that visit, on the day the gap is up. A later visit can earn its own text when that gap passes.

Can Starter use it?

No. It is included on Pro and Team.
