What works now
Website chat is included on Pro and Team, and a trial can turn it on. It stays off until you tick it. Instagram and Facebook can use the same inbox after that connection is approved.
What you paste
The booking page is separate. The chat snippet is on the Inbox page once chat is on. It is one script tag.
What it does not do
It does not text the client unless you reply to a mobile. A website chat stays in the chat. Suggested replies are drafts.
